Conditions for refund
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you will be able to return this product. Any orders returned to us after this period will be returned back to you without a refund.
- Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem immediately.
If we receive the return, but it does not meet our return requirements, a reduction charge may apply. The degree of this depends on the state of the product and can reach 100%.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return shipment reaches us correctly. If it gets lost in transit and does not reach us, we cannot process the return.
Make sure to inspect your item(s) thoroughly before removing the tag. Once the tag is removed, we will no longer be able to provide compensation for any damages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or comments about your item.
Exchanges
If you have ordered a product from us and it is not right for some reason, such as because you ordered the wrong size or colour, we recommend ordering the correct items and returning the incorrect items using the link above.
Refund
Once your items have been returned and we have received them properly, your refund will be initiated within 7 working days of receipt.
The 7 working days start as soon as the parcel is marked "returned" in the track & trace.
