3. Please wait one business day as the shipping company initiates investigations after 24 hours, considering the possibility of delivery on the following business day.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that if you are not completely satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you will be able to return this product. Any orders returned to us after this period will be returned back to you without a refund.

Returned products must be in perfect original condition, unworn with tags still attached.

Yes, the shipping costs for a return shipment are not covered by us. The cost for a return is €6.95. You can pay this through our returns portal, with which you will immediately receive a label you can use to return your package.

The top and bottom must be kept together or returned together. If you don’t require this policy, you will be charged up to 50% of the price of the missing item.
